How much does the taxi fare cost?
The pricelist can always be seen in the taxi. The pricelist can also be found on our website. You can also calculate an estimate with our fare calculator!
Are pets allowed in taxis?
Not all taxis allow pets. We wish that you notify us, if you are travelling with your pet. There is a additional fee of 3,50€ for travelling with a pet.
Can I pre-book a taxi?
You can also pre-book a taxi. The pre-booking shall be made 30 minutes before departure at the latest. There is a pre-bookingfee of 5,00€ applied.
How do I book a taxi?
You can book a taxi by calling 0600 30011. You can also use the 02 -app.
I can’t get through to the dispatcher, what should I do?
The service might be busy from time to time, and your call can’t be answered at the moment. Do not hang up and call again, keep queuing, your call will be answered as soon as possible.
How do I find my driver when I arrive at the airport?
Our driver will have a welcome board with your name clearly printed thereon. They will meet you at arrivals.
What payment methods do you accept?
Accepted payment methods are the most common bank- and creditcards, taxicards and cash. You will always receive a receipt.
Are you always available?
Yes we are! Our contactcenter and taxis are available 24/7 every day of the year.
How do you deal with lost and found?
If you have forgotten some property of yours in a taxim you can phone the number on the receipt. All lost and found is delivered to the local policestation at the lastest on the next weekday.
Can I book and/or cancel a taxi by email?
We do not accept bookings or cancellations by email.
How many passengers can a regular taxi pick up?
A regular taxi can not exceed the limit of 4 passengers at a time. Please regard, the limit of passengers can not be exceeded at any time.
Can I book a 8-seated van?
Yes. The 8-seated vans are limited, so you may be offered 2 regular taxis instead, if none are available.
